SECP grants investment finance license to Cordoba Leasing

January 22, 2024 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted a license to Cordoba Leasing Limited (CLL) to operate as an investment finance company and to undertake/carry out investment finance services restricted to conventional lending/advance to SME/MSME, a notice issued on the local bourse revealed today.
CLL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL) and a non-banking finance company.
CLVL is principally engaged in the business of logistics and other ventures.
