SECP grants extension in license of SPLC

February 9, 2022 (MLN): The Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted an extension in the license of Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited (SPLC), the company’s filing on bourse showed today.

The extension has been given up to June 30, 2022, to comply with the MER requirement under section 28 (J) (3).

Earlier, SECP had cancelled the license of SPLC due to non-compliance of the mandatory requirements including MER. The company had requested SECP for the restoration of the license.
