SECP grants approval to Hi-Tech Alloy Wheels Ltd for issuance of 150mln shares

January 15, 2019 (MLN): Loads Limited has announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has granted approval to its subsidiary, Hi-Tech Alloy Wheels Limited, to issue, circulate and publish the Prospectus for issue of 150 million ordinary shares.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange had approved the listing application for the Initial Public Offering of Hi-Tech Alloy Wheels on October 15, 2018.
