SECP approves the conversion of Golden Arrow Ltd into an Open Ended Scheme

December 11, 2018 (MLN): Golden Arrow Selected Stocks Fund Limited has stated in its latest notification to PSX that the constitution petition filed by the company against the Federation of Pakistan and the SECP has been disposed of.

This statement was made in reference to the special resolution passed by the company in which 99.98% majority of the shareholders of Golden Arrow Selected Stocks Fund Limited had approved the conversion of the company into an Open Ended Scheme on February 15^th, 2018.

In terms of court’s order the SECP has undertaken to grant the Company’s application for approval of the conversion of the company into an Open Ended Scheme, subject to fulfillment of legal requirements.
