SECP approves name change for Universal Network to Blue-Ex Limited

January 04, 2024 (MLN): The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the name change for Universal Network Systems Limited (PSX: GEMUNSL) to 'Blue-Ex Limited,' the company's filing on the local bourse revealed today.

To recall, the Board of Directors (BoD) of the company considered and proposed this name change to the shareholders in its meeting held on April 28, 2023.

Moreover, the shareholders of the company approved this agenda in its Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 10, 2023.

UNSL was incorporated as a private limited company in Pakistan on December 12, 2005, and its principal activities are to act as a cargo forwarder and provide domestic and international courier and allied services.
