SBP reserves inch up by $18mn to $4.32bn

March 16, 2023 (MLN): The foreign exchange reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) increased by $18.1 million or 0.42% WoW to $4.32 billion during the week ended on March 10, 2023, marking the fourth consecutive increase on weekly basis, according to the data released by the central bank on Thursday.

Similarly, the country's total reserves rose by $92.8mn or 0.95% WoW to $9.75bn.

The reserves held by commercial banks also moved up by $74.7mn or 1.36% WoW to $5.52bn.
