SBP receives $1bn from China

June 16, 2023 (MLN): The State Bank of Pakistan Pakistan (SBP) on Friday received $1 billion from China.
The government made the payment in advance to China Bank this week.
This was a much-needed inflow. As a result, SBP's reserves are now standing at $4bn.
