SBP Raises Policy rate by 100 bps to 7.5 percent

The Monetary Policy Committee has decided to increase the policy rate by 100 bps to 7.50 percent effective from Monday July 16, 2018.
The interest rate corridor has also been increased by 100 basis points, with the Reverse Repo (Cap) Rate at 8.00 % and Repo (Floor) Rate at 6.00%
