SBP accords the appointment of HBL Director

January 17, 2020 (MLN): Habib Bank Limited via notification to Pakistan Stock Exchange has informed that the State Bank of Pakistan has accorded their in-principle clearance under Fit & Proper Test (FPT) Criteria for the appointment of Ms Diane Elizabeth Moore as Independent Director against the casual vacancy at HBL Board of Directors.

Ms Moore is an experienced professional with diversified experience of more than 15 years in various Banking and regulatory positions in the UK, as well as more than 8 years of serving in various Boards including fin-tech, investment banking, commercial banking etc.
