Sazgar to acquire land worth Rs847m for four wheeler project

January 10, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors (BoD) of Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (PSX: SAZEW) has approved the acquisition of land worth approximately Rs847 million adjacent to the four-wheeler project, the company said in a notice sent to the local bourse today.
The land measures nearly 110 kanals, and its final value is subject to the actual measurement of land.
The Chief Executive of the SAZEW has been authorized to negotiate and finalize the terms and conditions and to fulfill all the legal formalities to complete the said purchase of land, it said.
