Sapphire Fibres acquires 50% stake in UCH Power & UCH-II Power

April 16, 2025 (MLN): Sapphire Fibres Limited (PSX: SFL) has executed the transaction for the acquisition of 50% shares of UCH Power (Private) Limited, previously owned by UPLHC I Limited and UPLHC II Limited.

Additionally, the company has acquired 50% shares of UCH-II Power (Private) Limited, which were owned by International Power UCH Holdings B.V, the company's filing on PSX revealed today.

The transfer of shares in the name of Sapphire Fibres Limited is also being executed.
