SAPICO to divest its shareholding in Saudi Pak Leasing Company

December 11, 2020: Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company Limited (SAPICO), which is one of the major shareholders of Saudi Pak Leasing Company, has informed PSX regarding its intention to divest its shareholding in Saudi Pak Leasing Company comprising of 15,835,403 (35.06%) ordinary shares and 33,320,850 (63.08%) preference shares.

In this regard, SAPICO has appointed Intermarket Securities Limited as Sell Side Advisor.
