Samin Textiles Ltd receives PAI to acquire more than 30% shares of the company

January 18, 2021 (MLN): Samin Textiles Limited has received a notice of Public announcement of intention from potential Acquirer i.e. Mr. Haroon Ahmad Khan to acquire more than 30% shares of the company, together with Management control.

For the aforesaid acquisition, Integrated Equities Limited (IEL) has been appointed as the Manager to Offer by the Acquirer.
