Sajjad Textiles Ltd to dispose off its assets to meet investment requirements

January 24, 2019 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Sajjad Textile Mills Limited has decided to hold an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on February 18, 2019, to seek the approval of shareholders for the disposal of Land, Building and other assets of the Company.

The company shall utilize the sale proceeds partially to meet the pressing liabilities of the Company, and to start trading of yarn, cotton, fiber and investment in listed securities along with the amount generated from renting or letting out of the company’s premises approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 24^th January, 2019.
