Saif Power to invest $20 million in Saif Cement (Private) Limited

Saif Power Company Limited (SPWL) today were today authorizes by the members of its company to make and equity investment up to US $20 million.

The company in a notice addressed to the exchange informed that, it is “hereby authorized to make equity investment up to Rupee equivalent of US $ 20 million in Saif Cement (Private) Limited, an unlisted company to acquire 221 million (approx.) ordinary shares at par value of PKR 10 per share.
