Roshan Packages gets offer for subscription of 8.65m right shares

December 11, 2024 (MLN): Roshan Packages Limited (PSX: RPL) has received an offer letter from its wholly owned subsidiary, Roshan Sun Tao Paper Mills (Pvt) Limited (RSTPML), for the subscription of 8.65 million right shares at a par value of Rs. 10 each.

The total subscription amount for the right shares will be adjusted against the amount receivable from RSTPML.

RPL is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of corrugation and flexible packaging materials.
