Registrar Modaraba okays KASB, FPM merger with First Prudential Modaraba

June 24, 2022 (MLN): Registrar Modaraba has issued a no-objection certificate (NOC) on the proposed merger of KASB Modaraba and First Pak Modaraba (FPM) with and into First Prudential Modaraba (FPRM), a notice issued to Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) said today.
However, it is subject to the approval of the Honorable Sindh High Court.
