PSX will hold consultative session on amendments in Market Maker Regulations

June 17, 2020 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange has informed via notification to all Banks, DFIs, and Brokerage Firms that it will hold a webinar on ‘Consultative Discussion on Amendments in Market Maker Regulations’ on Friday, June 19, 2020, at 2.30 pm in collaboration with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The webinar will be hosted by Mr. Abbas Mirza, Chief Regulatory Officer (CRO) at PSX wherein Ms. Najia Ubaid - Additional Director/ Head of Department Primary Markets Approval & Development Department will represent SECP in this webinar.

The Webinar will discuss the recent amendments in the market maker regulations and are specially directed towards Banks, Development Financial Institutions and Brokerage Firms.

As per the notification of PSX, persons who are heading and working within the Investment & Corporate Banking, Treasury and Risk functions at these Financial Institutions are encouraged to participate at the following link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87809258177
