PSX lists Nets International on GEM Board

May 26, 2025 (MLN): Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has declared the listing of Nets International Communication Limited on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board, effective today.

Trading in the company's shares has commenced on the GEM Board and will be settled on a T+2 basis, with the first settlement date set for Thursday, May 29, 2025.

The market lot is one share of Rs10 each, according to the notification issued to PSX.

The shares have been declared eligible by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and all transactions will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), which has assigned the company code “GEMNETS”.

The opening price of the shares is Rs10 per share. Digital Custodian Company Limited serves as the Share Registrar of the Company.

The company will be quoted under the “Technology & Communication” sector in the Daily Quotation of the Exchange.

Nets International Communication (Pvt.) Limited is a small-sized company incorporated in Pakistan on November 22, 2022, under the Companies Act, 2017.

The company is engaged in providing communication-related services.

It acquired the existing business of National Engineers (AOP), which was involved in the import, export, and distribution of IT and communication-related products and services.

The takeover of all assets, liabilities, and associated risks and rewards became effective from April 1, 2024.
