PSMC shuts down motorcycle plant for 2 weeks

July 31, 2023 (MLN): Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited (PSX: PSMC) has decided to shut down its motorcycle plant from July 31 to August 15, 2023, the company’s latest filing on PSX revealed.

The above decision is due to a shortage of inventory levels.

However, the automobile plant of PSMC will remain operative.

Notably, this comes after the motorcycle plant had been shut down till July 16, 2023.

PSMC is engaged in the assembling, progressive manufacturing, and marketing of Suzuki cars, pickups, vans, 4x4s and motorcycles, and related spare parts.
