PIA’s Chief Executive restrained by the Supreme Court from working in the capacity of CEO

January 24, 2020 (MLN): Pakistan International Airlines Limited (PIACL) via notification to PSX has informed that the Supreme Court of Pakistan has restrained Air Marshal Arshad Mahmood Malik, the CEO of PIACL to stop working in the capacity of Chief Executive officer of the PIA and fixed next hearing after two weeks.

In the meantime, the court has allowed the Board of Directors of the PIA to run the affairs of the company and also exercise the functions of the Chairman/ CEO of the Airline.
