PIAHCL shares to open at PIA’s closing price

May 21, 2024 (MLN): The price of PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) shares at Pakistan Stock Exchange will be the same as the closing price of Pakistan International Airlines Corp (PSX: PIA).

The company shared the development in its notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Tuesday.

This applies to both PIAHC Ordinary-A and Ordinary-B shares, which will trade at the same closing prices as PIAA and PIAB, respectively.

"The opening price of PIAHCLA and PIAHCLB shall be the same as the closing price of PIAA and PIAB on the final book closure date, respectively," reads the notice.

To note, PIA will be delisted from the PSX, with the last trading day being Friday, May 24, 2024.
