Pakistan's Yearly inflation at 8.59 Percent in June

July 01, 2020 (MLN): Pakistan's Yearly Inflation Rate (New Base 2015-16) in June 2020 was 8.59 percent compared to 8.22 percent in May 2020 and 8.000 percent in June 2019.
The July-June average inflation is 10.74 percent compared to 6.80 percent from the corresponding period last year.
Market Expectation of Inflation for June was between 9.10 % and 8.20% with the average estimate of 8.51%.
On a monthly basis, CPI increased by 0.82 percent in June compared to an increase of 0.32 percent in May.
Market expectation of Monthly change was between 1.30% and 0.23% with the average estimate at 0.75%.
