Pakistans Total FX Liquid Reserves at $18.3 Billion

The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US$ 18,349.1 million on 25 September 2015.The break-up of the foreign reserves position is as under:-

Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan: US$ 13,408.2 million
Net foreign reserves held by banks : US$ 4,940.9 million
Total liquid foreign reserves: US$ 18,349.1 million

During the week ending 25September2015, SBP’s Liquid FX Reserves decreased by US$88 million to US$13,408 million, compared to US$13,496 million in the previous week.
