Pakistan's Finance Minister engages with DFC CEO on investment expansion

April 17, 2024 (MLN): Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb discussed potential areas and means of expanding Development Finance Corporation (DFC) investment in Pakistan during a meeting with DFC CEO Scott Nathan yesterday.
During the meeting, an amicable resolution of the existing issues was also assured.
The Finance Minister said that the government would encourage private sector investment by implementing innovative financing models to leverage their full potential.
He assured that the government is committed to provide all possible support for investment initiatives by any local/foreign investor in Pakistan.
