June 04, 2025 (MLN): Pakistan and the UK are aligned on a shared vision to significantly boost bilateral trade, currently valued at £4.7 billion, with strong potential for further expansion.
This was discussed during a meeting between Federal Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan and British High Commissioner Jane Marriott, as per the press release issued today.
The meeting marked a key milestone in preparations for launching the formal Pakistan-UK Trade Dialogue, which is expected to be signed soon.
The Trade Dialogue aims to unlock this potential through practical cooperation, data-driven planning, and sectoral reforms.
