Pakistan Oxygen Limited to increase its Share Capital

January 24, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Pakistan Oxygen Limited, in their meeting held on January 24, has resolved by way of Special Resolution, that the Authorized Share Capital of the company be increased from Rs. 400 million divided into 40 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each, to Rs. 700 million divided into 70 million ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each.
