Pakistan, China sign MoUs to boost cooperation in key sectors

June 07, 2024 (MLN): Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif yesterday witnessed the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at enhancing cooperation between Pakistan and China in diverse fields.

These fields include the production of solar panels, the manufacturing of Y-to-O tractors, and the development of the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

Moreover, Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will meet the top Chinese political leadership in Beijing today.

He will hold meetings with Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Chinese counterpart, Premier Li Qiang.

Further MoUs will also be signed between China and Pakistan to enhance cooperation in various fields.
