Pakistan-CCI partner to enhance foreign investment, business growth

December 24, 2024 (MLN): Pakistan and Coca-Cola Içecek (CCI) collaborated to increase foreign investment, aiming to enhance business opportunities in Pakistan, as per the press release issued yesterday.

The aforementioned discussion was held during the meeting between Kareem Yahi, CEO of CCI and Federal Minister for Board of Investment, Privatization & Communications, Abdul Aleem Khan.

Issues related to investment, including the promotion of business in Pakistan were also discussed during the meeting.

Yahi assured that his company would definitely take advantage of such opportunities.

Federal Minister said that there are immense opportunities for starting business in Pakistan with a population of 240 million which can be beneficial for domestic and foreign investors.

He further said that for sustainable development and economic improvement in the country, investors should get attractive returns which will increase employment and have a positive impact on every sector.

The Federal Minister stated that foreign investors are being provided with maximum business facilities in Pakistan.

He emphasized the necessity for those doing business and investing in Pakistan to experience a practical and favorable atmosphere with attractive facilities.

He added that the government’s positive steps have significantly reduced the inflation rate which is a very welcome development and this will not only increase business in the future but also improve the annual growth rate.

Abdul Aleem Khan said that a large part of Pakistan’s population consists of youth and we have to keep their entrepreneurial inclination in mind while taking step for business.

"Business companies from Turkey are close to our hearts and we always ensure special cooperation for them", he noted.

He appreciated Kareem Yahi’s affiliation to Turkey and assured him of his all possible cooperation.
