Pak-Iran to strengthen trade ties for mutual growth

January 21, 2025 (MLN): Pakistan and Iran aim to transform historic relations into stronger trade ties, fostering development in both countries.

These views were expressed by Speaker of the Punjab Assembly, Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan, during a meeting with an Iranian parliamentary delegation led by Muhammad Mirzaei in Lahore today.

The meeting discussed the promotion of parliamentary and economic relations between Pakistan and Iran, according to the press release issued.

Malik Muhammad Ahmad said parliamentary contacts play a vital role in further strengthening bilateral ties.

In his remarks, Muhammad Mirzaei said Iran is keen to strengthen its relations with Pakistan in various sectors.

He also invited Speaker Malik Muhammad Ahmad Khan to visit Iran.
