Pak-China sign agreement for promotion of leather industry

July 15, 2024 (MLN): Pakistani and Chinese business firms have signed an agreement for the promotion of cooperation in the leather industry, the Information Ministry reported.

This agreement was facilitated by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).

Leather products made in Pakistan are in high demand in the global market, including handbags, purses, suitcases, and belts.

Cooperation with China will boost Pakistan's leather industry and also provide exposure to Pakistani leather products.
