Packages Limited to acquire 22.5% shareholding in Flexible Packages Convertors

In a notice informing the exchange, Packages Ltd. announced their willingness to acquire up to 22.5% share in FPC at a cost of up to US Dollar 5 million.
The company further mentioned that, consummation of the proposed acquisition is subject to execution of definitive transaction agreements and procurement of all applicable corporate and regulatory approvals and other customary transaction related conditions.
