According to a press release by the Central Bank, Overseas Pakistani workers remitted US$10,946.38 million in first seven months (July to January) of FY17, compared with US$11,154.72 million received during the same period in the preceding year.

During January 2017, the inflow of worker’s remittances amounted to US$1,487.72 million, which is 6.0% lower than December 2016 and 1.45% higher than January 2016.
