OGDC’s shareholding in Mari Petroleum increases after allotment of 10% bonus shares

November 8, 2019 (MLN): The shareholders of Mari Petroleum Company Limited, in their meeting held on October 22, 2019, have approved allotment of 10% bonus shares for every ten shares held i.e. 10%.

Therefore, the present number of shares of Mari Petroleum held by Oil and Gas Development Company (OGDCL) has increased from 24,052,875 shares to 26,458,162 shares, after addition of recently issues 2,405,287 bonus shares.
