Octopus Digital to establish Employees Share Option Scheme 2022

February 10, 2022 (MLN): Octopus Digital Limited (OCTOPUS), in the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), held on 09 February 2022, has passed the resolution to establish a Stock Option Scheme to be known as the Octopus Digital Limited Employees Share Option Scheme 2022, the company’s filing on the bourse showed today.

The scheme will offer issue and grant options to eligible employees to subscribe up to 10% of the paid-up capital (as increased from time to time) of the company.

In a meeting, it was further resolved that the Chief Executive Officer and/or Company Secretary of the company jointly and/or severally, execute any document(s) and take all actions necessary to give effect to the said resolution.
