Noon Sugar Mills to sell land in Lahore for Rs315m

November 29, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Noon Sugar Mills Limited (PSX: NONS) has approved the sale of a plot of land located at 66-67 Garden Block, New Garden Town, Lahore to Malik Adnan Hayat Noon for a total consideration of Rs315 million.

The transaction was duly reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on November 29, 2024 after the recommendation of the Audit Committee, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

NONS was incorporated in the year 1964 as a Public Company and its principal activity is manufacturing and sale of white sugar and spirit.

At the time of writing, the company's scrip is down 0.28% on the day.
