NML to establish new private limited company in UK

September 02, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Nishat Mills Limited (PSX: NML) has accorded its approval to the incorporation of a private limited company in the United Kingdom.

This new entity will be established through NML's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nishat International FZE, based in the United Arab Emirates.

The incorporation is subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals and complying with all relevant laws.

NML communicated this development through a notice issued to the local stock exchange today.
