Nishat Chunian to invest up to USD 1 mln on retail expansion in Dubai

October 29, 2020 (MLN): The management of Nishat Chunian Limited (NCL) has planned to expand its retail business in the global market. For this purpose, it intends to incorporate two Companies in Dubai.

According to the notification to PSX, the Board of Directors, in its meeting held on 29th October 2020, has resolved to establish two separate companies in Dubai. First will be a company in Free Zone (FZC company) and second a company in Mainland Dubai (LLC Company), for total Investment/Trade Credit/Advance up to USD 1 million, subject to requisite approvals.
