Next Capital to execute 49.9% acquisition of Johnson and Philips Ltd

November 27, 2018 (MLN): Next Capital Limited, on behalf of Mr. Muhammad Anis Mianoor (Acquirer/Client), has submitted Acquirer’s Public Announcement of Intention to acquire additional 49.9% shares and control of Johnson and Phillips Pakistan Limited, said Head of Investment Banking and Advisory, Umer Habib. The Acquirer, Mr. Muhammad Anis Mianoor, already holds 9.8% shares of the target company.

For the above mentioned purpose, Next Capital Limited has been appointed as Manager to the Offer by the Acquirer for the transaction, the notification that was issued to PSX on Monday further added.
