Next Capital submits PAI to acquire 74.15% shares of Mian Textile Ltd

March 9, 2020 (MLN): Next Capital Limited has submitted Acquirer’s Public Announcement of intention on behalf of its client Mr Ali Arif to acquire up to 74.15% shares and control of Mian Textile Industries Limited.
This was announced via notification to Exchange by Next Capital Limited which has been appointed as Manager to the offer by the Acuirer.
