NetSol's paid-up capital increases by 20,000 shares

NetSol Technologies Limited notified PSX on Tuesday, June 7^th 2018 that the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the company has been increased from 89,702,923 shares to 89,722,923 shares.

20,000 shares were physically allotted to the employees of the company, who exercised their share option under Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The shares were issued at a price of Rs.16.42 per share.
