NETSOL approves buyback of 10m shares

December 06, 2024 (MLN): The members of NETSOL Technologies Limited (PSX: NETSOL) have resolved to purchase / buyback up to 10 million ordinary shares.

The buy-back will be executed at the spot share price during the purchase period through the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The members further resolved that these ordinary shares would be held as treasury shares.

The purchase/buy-back will be conducted through the securities exchange (i.e., Pakistan Stock Exchange) during the period from January 3, 2025, to June 29, 2025 (both days inclusive) or until the buy-back is completed, whichever comes earlier.

Additionally, the sale of 2m ordinary shares currently held as treasury shares was authorized for allotment to eligible employees of the company.

To recall, both these agendas were approved by the board on November 25, 2024.
