NCML plans machinery disposal for debt repayment

October 30, 2024 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Nazir Cotton Mills Limited (PSX: NCML) has decided to dispose of the company's obsolete machinery.

According to a notice issued by NCML to the PSX, this decision is being made for the repayment of loans and liabilities and to support working capital.

"The notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) will be sent to you in due course," the notice concludes.
