MTB Auction Result: SBP Sells T-Bills worth Rs.280 Billion

January 16, 2019: The State Bank of Pakistan conducted an auction on Wednesday in which it sold T-Bills worth Rs.280 Billion for 3 months.

The auction target was Rs.600 Billion against a maturing amount of Rs.600.960 Billion.

The SBP had received bids worth Rs.598.465 billion for 3 months, no bids were received for 6 and 12 months.

Out of the competitive bids, SBP accepted Rs.260.789 billion, the cut off yield remained unchanged at 10.3013. The SBP also accepted Rs.19.214 billion in non-competitive bids making the total realized amount Rs.280 Billion.
