MSCI adds 8 Pakistan stocks to Frontier Market Small Cap Index

November 07, 2024 (MLN): Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) has made eight additions and one deletion of Pakistani securities from its Frontier Market Small Cap Index, MSCI November 2024 index review revealed.

The additions include Citi Pharma, Crescent Steel & Allied, Fast Cables, Flying Cemet, Pakistan Oxygen, Shifa International Hospitals, Thatta Cement, and TRG Pakistan.

TRG Pakistan was moved from Frontier Market Index to Frontier Market Small Cap Index.

Meanwhile, Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim was removed.

After deletion of TRG Pakistan, Pakistan now has 21 stocks in the MSCI Frontier Market (FM) Index.

These changes will be implemented as of the close of November 25, 2024.
