MSCI adds 3 scrips to Frontier Market, 19 to Small Cap Indexes

February 13, 2024 (MLN): Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) has incorporated 3 new scrips into its Frontier Market Index, without making any deletions, MSCI quarterly review revealed on Tuesday which will be effective from March 01, 2024.

The additions include Bank Al-Habib (PSX: BAHL), Interloop (PSX: ILP), and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (PSX: SNGP).

Accordingly, Pakistan now has 20 stocks in the MSCI Frontier Market (FM) Index.

To note, SNGP was moved from the MSCI Frontier Market Small Cap Index.

Moreover, 19 stocks have been newly added to the MSCI Frontier Market Small Cap Index, while 4 have also been removed from the same index.

The changes to the FM Small Cap Index are provided in the table below:
