Movenpick hotel Karachi reserved by govt for official delegation

April 22, 2024 (MLN): Movenpick Hotel Karachi is being temporarily taken over by the government to accommodate a high-profile delegation from Monday, April 22, 2024, at 1400 hrs until Wednesday, April 24, 2024 noon, as informed by the hotel through a notice issued yesterday.

"Consequently, we are required to vacate the premises immediately to hold intensive security measures imposed by law enforcement agencies," it added.

The hotel further informed that during this period, all shops within the premises will also be closed.

It assures recipients that the hotel staff is available to assist with any questions or concerns.

"We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time. We are committed to adhering to the directives provided by the government," the notice concludes.
