Modarba Al Mali enters into agreement with DBSL

December 31, 2021 (MLN): The management company of Modaraba Al Mali (MODAM) has entered into an understanding with the management of Dadabhoy Sack Limited (DBSL) for the revival of DBSL, company’s filing on PSX showed today.

As per the details provided to the exchange, a comprehensive revival business plan for DBSL under this agreement shall be submitted to the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) for its needful action.
