Mitchell’s Fruit Farms’ share capital to be raised via issuance of 15 million Right Shares

October 26, 2020 (MLN): The Board of Directors of Mitchell’s Fruit Farms Limited, in their meeting held on October 26, 2020, has decided to increase the paid-up share capital of the Company by an issue of a further 15,000,000 ordinary shares, having face value of Rs. 10 each, as Right Shares.

The shares will be offered to the members in the proportion of 1.9 Right Shares for every 1 ordinary share held i.e. 190.5%, at a price of Rs. 50 per Right Share inclusive of a premium of Rs. 40 per right share.
