Millat Tractors increases share capital to Rs2bn

June 28, 2022 (MLN): The shareholders of Millat Tractors Limited (MTL) have resolved an increase in the authorized capital of the Company from Rs1 billion to Rs2bn in an extra general ordinary meeting held on June 27, 2022, the notice issued to PSX said.

The notice said, “The authorized capital of the company increased from Rs1bn divided into 100mn ordinary shares of Rs10each to Rs2bn divided into 200mn ordinary shares of Rs10 each.”

On June 02, 2022, the Board of Directors of the company recommended to the shareholders an increase in the authorized share capital from Rs1 billion to Rs2bn.

Currently, the stock of the company is trading at Rs884 [03:19], down by Rs4.70 or 0.53% DoD
